X-Rite i1Pro 3 Spectrophotometer
Full-spectrum LED light source enables single-pass scanning.
X-Rite and Pantone have announced the redesigned i1Pro 3 spectrophotometer, said to be more accurate and reliable plus faster than its predecessor. New features include a custom, full-spectrum LED light source for single-pass scanning; simultaneous M0, M1, and M2 measurement in a single pass while accounting for optical brighteners so operators can predict how colors will look under different lighting conditions; improved accuracy when reading smaller patch sizes (6 mm x 6 mm) twice as fast; correct calibration on ultra-bright displays with matching up to four displays to a single computer and unlimited displays connected to different computers; and optimized automated file creations.
