X-Rite Announces ‘Fundamentals of Color Training’ Series

X-Rite and its subsidiary Pantone have announced the Fundamentals of Color Training, a series of two-day seminars that will be held in 14 cities throughout North America this fall. Topics will include visual evaluations, communicating color specifications, color tolerances, and instrumentation.

Attendees can register for the full seminar or for one individual session. The first day of each seminar is entitled “Fundamentals of Color and Appearance,” while the second day will address “Fundamentals of Instrumentation and Quality Control.”

The seminar schedule is as follows:

• August 24-25, Seattle, Washington;
• August 30-31, Baltimore;
• September 14-15, Green Bay, Wisconsin;
• September 21-22, Charlotte, North Carolina;
• September 28-29, Salt Lake City;
• October 5-6, Los Angeles;
• October 12-13, Birmingham, Alabama;
• October 19-20; San Jose, California;
• October 25-26, Toronto;
• November 2-3, Memphis, Tennessee;
• November 9-10, Providence, Rhode Island;
• November 16-17, Chicago;
• November 30-December 1, Cleveland;
• And December 7-8, New York.
