Worth Its Salt

The windowed cylindrical structure – dubbed the “salt shaker” – that dramatically marks the entrance to Salt Lake City’s Salt Palace Convention Center is a focal point that’s just screaming for wide-format visuals.

Event Solutions Group contracted Fusion Imaging to wrap the tower in graphics welcoming attendees to Qualtrics X4, The Experience Management Summit, held in March 2018.

Fusion Imaging output 6713 square feet of print using its Vutek GS3250LX Pro machine onto Flexcon Busmark vinyl. Qualtrics, a market research software company, wanted the graphics to extend over the mullions between the windows for a cohesive look – something Fusion Imaging says had never previously been attempted. Installers spent two days wrapping the building before the four-day event.
