Hexis has introduced several new products, including a new cast vinyl, a micro-perforated window film, and self-adhesive vinyl films.

* Equipped with its Hex’Press technology, HX100WG1 is a 2-mil cast vinyl that’s repositionable during application and allows for the easy elimination of bubbles. Designed for vehicle and fleet graphics, the 255-gsm PVC film has a gloss surface and a gray pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive.

* The see-through Micro4 window film is a 3.9-mil PVC film with a black solvent-based adhesive. Complete with 68/32 perforation pattern (32% holes and 68% printing surface), it offers full color graphics on the outside and one-way visibility on the inside. Micro4 is compatible with solvent and mild-solvent printers and comes in 54-in. wide rolls.

* CSE25 and CSR25 Extra Strong are 7.9-mil white matte self-adhesive vinyls with a semi-rigid heavy-gauge film base and a deep adhesive layer. Designed for temporary indoor applications, CSE25 is a 445-gsm PVC film with a removable adhesive and high release liner. The 485-gsm CSR25 has a stronger permanent adhesive, which has been designed for use on grained surfaces such as smoothed concrete, rough paint finishes, and other difficult substrates. Both vinyls are compatible with solvent and mild-solvent printers, and are available in 54-in. rolls.
