Want to take your thank-you notes to the next level? Sealing wax is the answer. Our sister magazine INVISION reported on an optical retailer called Oculus Eyewear in San Marcos, Texas, that sends every client a handwritten, custom-wax-stamp-sealed thank-you card post-purchase. And yes, it’s still possible in 2022 to buy sealing wax kits. You may want to practice first, though, using aluminum foil, parchment baking paper, or a silicone baking mat, so you can re-melt and reuse the wax until you get a handle on this. Sealing wax stands out. But it has the potential to be messy.
