Heartland Equity Partners has acquired Minnesota-based Visual Impact, a large-format PSP that provides print services for advertising, promotions, and P-O-P applications, according to a recent release. Visual Impact President and CEO David Bohn called the company’s growth over the past three years “significant,” and the company reportedly purchased a new wide-format printer shortly after the deal closed.

Based in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, Visual Impact was founded in 1993 and has a 30,000 square foot production facility. Its services include printing, lamination, fabrication, and installation.

Heartland Equity Partners, a privately held company, targets small, family-owned companies in the Midwest, according to its website, with a goal of creating jobs in the region.
