Vertex Buzzing About Acquisition of Beehive Software

Vertex Network Solutions, which develops scalable managed-communications platforms for digital collaboration, is acquiring Beehive Software, the digital-courier company that has developed file-transfer and workflow software for the printing, prepress, newspaper, reprographics, medical imaging, and photo-finishing markets.

“As a combined company, we will be in a better position to offer a complete solution to our customers, including managed services and custom development–from basic file transfer to high-end workflow solutions,” says Graham Murray, CEO of Vertex Network Solutions.
