Unisource Canada has completed the acquisition of Mondrian-Hall Inc. Mondrian-Hall will now operate as Mondrian-Hall, a Division of Unisource Canada.

“This is a significant acquisition for Unisource Canada and strengthens our market position throughout Canada,” says Al Dragone, Unisource CEO. “It also demonstrates our ongoing commitment to pursue strategic acquisitions and our intent to expand our operations both within and outside North America.”

“The combined company will add value to all stakeholders involved through our expansion in the wide-format, commercial, sign, photo and digital printing markets,” continues Dragone. “The acquisition enables Unisource and Mondrian-Hall to provide a more comprehensive range of products and services to the industry, and to be the largest distributor of wide-format printers, supplies and technical services in Canada.”
Unisource Canada is part of Unisource Worldwide, headquartered in Norcross, Georgia, boasting 85 distribution centers and more than 6000 employees.
