In a joint effort to promote Denver’s Paramount Café and Breckenridge Brewery, while also beautifying one of 16th Street Mall’s alleyways, local print shop Ink Monstr went to work on a 900-square-foot wall mural. To convey a sense of hope for the future, designer Josh Kitt took inspiration from the movie “Tomorrowland.” He also designed around a number of drain pipes and vents, planning strategically so the wall’s elements wouldn’t interrupt the artwork.

The graphic consists of 15 panels printed on Ink Monstr’s Mutoh ValueJet 1624 onto 3M Controltac IJ180Cv3; it was then laminated with 3M Scotchcal Gloss Overlaminate 8518 with a Seal Base Laminator and installed in roughly 10 hours.
