Teleios Direct Textile Printer Now in 102-in. Version

The d-gen Teleios direct textile printer is now available in 102-in. widths. Like its 74-in. sister machine, this printer features a built-in heat-fixation unit that allows for unattended synchronized printing and fixation of polyester fabrics.

Producing resolutions up to 1440 dpi, the 4- or 6-color printer is compatible with disperse dye, acid dye, or reactive dye inks. In the 6-color configuration, the Teleios prints directly onto polyester fabric at speeds up to 205 sq ft/hr in 3-pass production mode. The printer’s cylinder media-feeding system prevents fabrics from twisting or curling.

In addition, a built-in bulk-ink system (accommodating 1- or 2-l per color) and Fume Buster are included with the printer.

NuSign Supply has been named the master distributor for the d-gen line of printers in the US and Canada; it also sells d-gen disperse dye inks.
