Style Meets Industry for Hotel Wall Décor

Newmor's printed wallcoverings showcase local inspiration.

Newmor Wallcoverings teamed with interior designer Hampton Design Studios to develop nearly 14,000 square feet of wall décor for the ibis hotel in Barnsley, UK. Inspired by historical local industries like coal mining and the glass trade, the designs complement the hotel’s simple metal architecture and were printed on Newmor’s proprietary digital wallcovering film with a Mimaki UJV500-160 wide-format printer. The hotel used its own maintenance teams to install the work.
