Spiral Evolution 3 Cutters

Three wide-format cutter options.

Spiral Binding has added the Keencut Evolution 3 line of wide-format cutters, including the portable FreeHand; the BenchTop, designed to fit on a shop bench; and the SmartFold, engineered to fold under the table when not in use. The cutters are designed to cut within .008 in. of a straight line for the length of the cut, according to the company.

Features of the Evolution 3 line include QuikSwap tool heads with the ability to mount single or multiple tool heads; Double Graphik cut head tool with Graphik utility blades; Lift-and-Hover technology for precise alignment (excludes Free Hand); single-handed positioning, cutting, and clamping; two-way cutting; and more. The line is designed to cut acrulic, banners, corrugated plastic, cardstock, fabric and textiles, foamboard, inkjet media, paper, PVC board up to 10 mm, and tissue. Cut size ranges from 44 to 144 in.
