Kristen Dettoni, founder, Design Pool
Based in New Hampshire, Design Pool is an innovative online resource of licensable patterns designed for residential and commercial interior products, such as upholstery, wallpaper, acoustic panels, and flooring. Design Pool’s sister shop, Domanda Design, is an e-commerce print-on-demand store selling items directly to consumers. Dettoni is an accomplished designer with 27 years of experience in design, management, and marketing. She is extremely passionate about print-on-demand and the opportunities it presents for customization.

Chad Bolick, VP global key accounts, Unifi Manufacturing
Bolick has spent nearly 30 years as a sales and technical leader in the global textile industry. He currently leads the charge for the adoption of sustainable synthetic fibers, driving global demand for REPREVE recycled polyester and nylon fibers. Bolick works with large multinational companies like Nike and Target to help them integrate REPREVE fibers into their existing supply chains and products while maintaining their high quality and performance standards.

Myrna Gutierrez
Gutierrez has a master’s degree in surface imaging with experience in print and graphic textile design, branding, and trend forecasting. Her original patterns are rooted in pop culture, modern art, and abstract collages. Each design is created with the intention of provoking a sense of sophistication and boldness with a beautiful aesthetic.

Kaijie Chen
Chen is an artist and surface designer. Her work combines engineering technology, material exploration, and visual design to create experimental designs. The synthesis of engineering and design gives her work its unique aesthetics. She holds a master’s degree in surface imaging and a bachelor’s degree in textile design & engineering. She is the recipient of numerous international awards, including the GOOD DESIGN Award, Adobe Design Achievement Awards, and A’ Design Award.
