Sawgrass Acquires Innowave Solutions

Sawgrass Technologies has acquired all of the assets of Innowave Solutions, the Charleston-based provider of turnkey digital printing systems. Under the terms of the agreement, the Innowave employees will become fulltime employees of Sawgrass Technologies, and will continue to serve the large-format customer segment that they have targeted while working under the Innowave Solutions name.
