AS BAY AREA BUSINESSES and schools start to reopen, the safety of employees, students, and teachers is the top priority. Vivas, based out of San Francisco, has been an integral partner of this process for several institutions in the community.

When two Knotel Technology clients, Hello and Scale, needed social distancing installation projects completed, Vivas was there to make it happen. The companies needed signage to broadcast the minimized number of people permitted in conference and meeting rooms as well as new social distance rules. Window graphics and table stickers were placed throughout the offices with clear guidelines to promote the safest work environment possible.

Vivas printed these with a Roland TrueVis VG2-640 printer onto 3M Scotchcal Graphic Film IJ40- 10R white, opaque film with a glossy finish. The graphics were made to be easy to comprehend and visually appealing, as they’ll become a mainstay for the foreseeable future.

Vivas also improved the safety at the University of California, Berkeley. The school needed floor graphics to direct the flow of students traversing throughout the buildings on campus. Using the same Roland TrueVis VG2-640 printer, Vivas printed footprint designs onto FloorShark 170 TFG textured floor graphic polyester film. The print shop is now sought after to keep their community safe throughout the pandemic.
