Roland has added two fine-art canvas products to its lineup of fine-art media: Solvent Satin Canvas and Solvent Gloss Canvas. Designed for indoor and outdoor applications including fine-art reproductions and art decor, the canvases are specially coated for use with Roland’s Eco-Sol Max eco-solvent ink.

The Satin canvas offers a low glare finish while the Gloss canvas offers a high sheen finish. Both bright white polyester/cotton blend canvases can be stretched without cracking, are abrasion resistant, and offer a white point designed for color brilliance and image definition. No lamination or overcoating of the media is necessary. The media has also been tested, profiled, and certified for performance with Roland VersaCamm and SolJet eco-solvent inkjet printers, the company reports.

The new canvases are available in rolls 30-, 54-, and 60-in. wide.
