Wide Format Elite Access is offered in two service levels.

Ricoh has launched Wide Format Elite Access, positioned as a brand agnostic workflow support service connecting Ricoh engineering specialists with PSPs to maximize wide-format production capabilities, quickly resolve production challenges, and share practical knowledge and best practices. The service is designed to give PSPs access to a team of service engineers prepared to troubleshoot common challenges pertaining to workflow design and file prep, applications and media, and custom media profiles and substrate qualification to help flatten the learning curve, circumvent production delays, increase uptime, improve media usage, and maximize equipment capabilities, according to the company. Wide Format Elite Access is offered in two service levels.
