Ricoh USA has released the Ricoh Pro TF6250 wide-format flatbed printer. With production speeds up to 1391 sq ft/hr, the printer features a 98.8 x 51.5-in. bed, LED curing, and it can accommodate substrates up to 4.3 in. thick. Included inksets are designed to adhere to uncoated media, with additional inksets available. Ricoh’s printheads offer drop-on-demand and a configuration that includes CMYK, clear, and primer for 635 x 1800-dpi images. Additional functions: one-touch automated daily maintenance, registration pins that help ensure precise registration, four individual vacuum zones to hold media in place, an auto sensor to adjust printheads to the correct height, and full-bleed printing to eliminate trimming.
