Raffles Digital Labs, an offshoot of a 50-year-old photography studio in
Singapore, is using its two new VUTEk solvent-system inkjet printers to
win new business-even in the midst of the global economic slowdown.
Since receiving its eight-color 6.5-ft Vutek UltraVu 2600 and 10-ft
UltraVu 3360 last year, the company completed eight separate train wraps
over a two-month period, including interior and exterior wraps for
Singapore Mass Rapid Transit. The company has also completed projects
for the DHL package delivery company, Standard Chartered Bank, and the
sports channel ESPN. (Raffles Digital Labs: www.raffleslabs.com)
