Although Quality Mounting & Laminating Systems (QMLS) is best known for their expertise in mounting and laminating, the company also offers a wide range of materials for the fabrication of display graphics. Here are two of its newest offerings:

Paper for Solvent-Ink Printers: QMLS' 140-g bright-white “Strella” satin paper can be used to produce indoor posters, backlit signs, and enclosed bus-shelter graphics on solvent-system printers such as the Mutoh Toucan and Mimaki JV3 series. The paper is available in widths up to 78 in.

Fast-Dry Film for Trade-Show Graphics: Roll-A-Sorb is a fast-drying, matte-finished, white, totally opaque polyethylene film that can be used to produce durable, curl-free graphics for retractable banner stands. With a front laminate or backing film, the 7-mil substrate can also be used for rollable graphics. The film is designed specifically for use on piezo inkjet printers, with either dye or pigmented inks. (Quality Mounting & Lamianting Systems: www.qmls.com)
