Q2ID from Markzware Converts Quark Files to InDesign

Markzware has released Q2ID, an Adobe InDesign plug-in that enables InDesign users to convert QuarkXPress 3.3, 4, 5, and 6 documents into the native InDesign document format.

Q2ID converts all document elements, including: page size, style sheets, fonts, text, images, layers, lines, tables, linked text boxes, Pantone colors, and more. Conversion is enabled with a single click using InDesign's File>Open.

The product can convert QuarkXPress documents created on either Microsoft Windows or Apple Macintosh operating systems. An installed and supported version of InDesign v3 or v4 is necessary.
