PrintSoft has unveiled PrintSoft WebDirect,a new software module that provides a Web-based collaborative authoring environment for desktop and direct-mail applications. The software’s capabilities include online previews, conditional message creation and editing, date-range triggers, approval workflows, and version management.

With WebDirect, service providers preconfigure formatting and branding controls ahead of time to ensure users can select from approved fonts, colors, and images for a document. It features built-in user management, permissions controls, status tracking, and configurable approval workflows, as well as the ability to be integrated with CRM and other enterprise systems.
