Printable Technologies and RealTimeImage, Inc. are partnering to provide PrintableProof.com for Printable's PrintOne customers. Printable offers digital workflow, customer relationship management (CRM), and e-commerce services to PrintOne customers.

RealTimeProof reduces the costs and time required for conventional proofing by enabling all workflow partners to collaborate securely, in real time, on original, full-resolution production images. PrintableProof will utilize RealTime's image-streaming technology that enables gigabytes of high-resolution files to be viewed in seconds, even on dial-up connections. It will offer the benefits of an ASP with no upfront costs or special IT infrastructure.

The PrintOne interface allows printing firms to work with their customers in a secure environment, where users see only their own works in progress, including digital assets, media catalogs, communication and e-business information. Printing firms can create customer-specific order centers of frequently ordered materials and customizable, template-driven print jobs. PrintOne also makes pull-from-inventory orders, print-on-demand orders and orders for new printed materials as easy as using an Internet-based shopping cart system.

“Our client base is demanding higher functionality online proofing and approval management capabilities and RealTimeProof simply offers best-in-class solutions,” says Coleman Kane, president and CEO of Printable Technologies.
