Pop AdVisions Introduces Brightboard Digital Display

The Brightboard Digital Signage System from POP AdVisions, comprises an LCD screen, a 256-MB CompactFlash card, a USB Memory Card Reader/Writer, and a Screen Guard.

The LCD screen is available in sizes 19 to 42 in., and in ceiling, wall, and pedestal-mountable versions. Users are able to develop their own content for display using any imaging software such as Microsoft PowerPoint or Adobe Photoshop, and save to the CompactFlash card using the included card reader/writer. They then insert the card into the Media Player in the back of the unit which plays the content in a perpetual media slide or video show. Files supported are JPEG, MPEG1, and MPEG2. The system, says POP AdVisions, is designed to be user-friendly”?so an I.T. person wouldn”?t be needed.

Also available is a network configuration for those purchasing multiple units. This configuration allows users to change the content of all their units at the same time remotely, or individually using a browser. A network configuration requires a network control module, a CAT-5 cable, and an on-premise router or HUB (and may require the expertise of your I.T. department).

Prices start at $1695 and go up to $5995; for network configurations add an additional $300.
