Swela, a German manufacturer of digitally printable fabric, has added Outguard, a PVC-free, 100% polyester material compatible with dye sublimation, solvent, eco-solvent, and latex inks. Swela reports the fabric is recyclable; crack-, weather-, UV-, tear-, and abrasion-resistant; and offers long-term outdoor durability. Applications include backlit panels, banners, out-of-home advertising, backdrops, and more. Available in widths up to 63 in.
