Onyx Graphics has reorganized its technical support, sales and marketing teams. To aid users of the company's digital color printing workflow software, the company-wide “cross-functional team” will draw upon on the knowledge and experience of all team members to solve problems, respond to customer inquiries, or execute programs.

Onyx Technical Support has moved to the company's engineering department for closer cooperation and faster response to incoming calls. Answering live tech-support phone calls is now a top priority, with extended hours of operation (Mon. to Fri., 6 am “? 6 pm Mountain time). The sales department for North America has been reorganized three territories. Mark Maynard serves the East Coast, Geoffrey York the West Coast and Matt Crawford the Central territory. Crawford, the most recent addition to the Onyx Graphics sales team, will also double as product champion for the Onyx Proof, software package that enables users to generate color-accurate press proofs from supported inkjet or laser printers. Crawford comes to Onyx from Tekgraf where he was Business Development Manager and a member of the team that created Tekgraf Digital Solutions-branded inkjet-proofing products.

Cassey Scoffield is the Director of Sales in the Americas, with a focus on new business development. Thomas Degenfeld and Mark Berndt are territory managers in Europe and Asia, respectively. Onyx Graphics Inside Sales will manage Latin America. Inside sales will also become a general service center, to assist any Onyx customer or dealer that needs help.
