PolyOne Corporation has announced InVisio Color Inspiration 2016, four new color collections developed for brands and designers.
Color Inspiration 2016 includes the following four color stories, according to PolyOne:

• Power Play echoes the erosion of convention. A blend of bold saturated colors symbolize empowerment, with pink representing strength for both men and women.

• Basic Instinct is a nod to the accelerating pace of change on our planet. Survival characteristics such as bioluminescence were an inspiration, combined with colorful camouflage and fluorescent hues that are similar to those found under the sea.

• Brain Reign features electric blue, which represents the energy of synaptic exchange, while vibrant orange generates feelings of optimism and encourages positive consumer behavior. A “highlighter yellow” is softened with transparency, and balanced with notes of pale grey and blush.

• Divergent Desires explores the convergence of technology and nature, with colors expressed with multidimensional finishes that showcase polymer creativity with an elemental edge.
