Cooley Group is excited to announce the expansion of our EnviroFlex® digital print media portfolio, designed for global brands seeking to improve their environmental footprint. The product line was engineered to meet the growing need for more sustainable alternatives to vinyl across a broad range of applications in the out-of-home advertising and point-of-purchase markets.
Cooley has now manufactured, printed, and installed over 200 million square feet of its existing EnviroFlex product—the 4.2-oz. PE Frontlit for banners and billboards—as an alternative to vinyl for some of the world’s leading outdoor advertising companies.
We would love to show you the new product line at the SGIA Expo and hear your input. We welcome you to visit us at booth (#3023) – in fact, our 16-ft. booth walls will be entirely covered with the PE Frontlit and Backlit products.

About EnviroFlex:
All products in the Enviroflex PE portfolio are non-phthalate plasticized, REACH-compliant, chlorine-free and 100% recyclable, as well as high tear- and UV-resistant in bright whites for excellent color reproduction across a wide array of digital print methods. These game-changing substrates are lighter in weight than PVC alternatives, making printing, transporting, and installing not only more economical, but also safer for the entire out-of-home value chain – from print service provider to installer.
