Avery has added to its overlaminate lines with the ultra-thin DOL 1030 and DOL 2100 Gloss and DOL 2200 Matte films.

At only 1.3-mil thick, DOL 1030 is a super-thin overlaminate for UV-curable, solvent, and mild-solvent prints. Providing 4-yr durability, the overlam features a permanent, clear, pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive.

“DOL 1030 enhances vehicle wraps, making them look like wet paint,” says Lance Hutt, global manager of digital products at Avery Dennison Graphics & Reflective Products division. “In addition, it’s ultra-thin and conforms superbly over rivets and corrugations.”

Paired with Avery MPI films, the combination is covered under Avery’s ICS Performance Guarantee. Available in rolls up to 60-in. wide.

Designed for flat and simple curve applications, DOL 2100 Gloss and DOL 2200 Matte calendered films feature a permanent, clear, pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive. The 3.1-mil 2100 and 2200 overlaminates offer 3-yr durability and are compatible with UV-curable, solvent, and mild-solvent graphics. These intermediate films protect printed vinyl applications such as tradeshow, retail stores, airports, train stations, bus shelters, sports stadiums, restaurants, banks, and P-O-P signage. Available in 30- to 60-in. rolls.
