NEC Introduces 37-in. Multi-Purpose LCD Display

NEC Display Solutions has introduced a 37-in. multi-purpose LCD display for digital signage and other commercial applications. The MultiSync LCD3735WXM wide-screen, large-format display features a a native resolution of 1366 x 768, a 16:9 aspect ratio, a 9-ms response time (gray-to-gray), and a contrast ratio of 1600:1. In addition, the monitor includes an ATSC high-definition TV tuner, and VGA, DVI, and HDCP Video connectivity as well as S-video and component and composite video inputs.

Other features include: low power consumption; No Touch Audio Adjust for optimal settings upon initial power-on; a built-in power supply; On Screen Manager (OSM), allowing users to control screen settings; detachable speakers that can be mounted on the sides or bottom of the display; and a detachable base that allows for easy ceiling or wall mounting. Price: $2299.99.
