MMT Acquires Spectacular Design Group

Graphic production and design company Metromedia Technologies (MMT) has acquired Spectacular Design Group (SDG).

Headquartered in New York, SDG designs, engineers, develops, and produces digital marketing projects across a wide spectrum of venues, focusing on high-end boutique solutions. The company was co-launched in 2010 by Tony Sinodinos, who joins MMT as SVP and director of its Signage Branding Group (SBG) and Digital Interactive Group (DIG). Sinodinos will lead expansion of MMT’s out-of-home capabilities in mobile technology, interconnectivity, and social networking, the company reports.

“MMT was the right fit for Spectacular Design, providing us with the horsepower to deliver breakthrough programs that connect brands with prospects and customers,” says Sinodinos. “Experiential media is on an upward trajectory, limited only by imagination and resources. With this partnership, we have both.”
