Digital Foci has introduced Media Buddy, a portable photo-storage device. It features built-in memory card slots that allow users to copy and store images directly from their digital camera. Available with 30- to 80-GB of storage, the Media Buddy supports a variety of memory cards including: CompactFlash I and II, MicroDrive, SmartMedia, MultiMedia, SD Card, Memory Stick, and MS Pro, Duo, and Pro Duo.

Compatible with both Windows and Mac formats, the Media Buddy allows users to transfer data files using its USB connection. It comes with a lithium-ion battery, USB cable, carrying case, power adapter, and Ulead Photo Explorer image-editing software.
