Masterpiece Graphix Releases New Papers for Indigo and Nexpress

New line is RIT-certified and glossy-coated.

Masterpiece Graphix has released a new MGX Digital C2S line of RIT-Certified digital gloss papers for the HP Indigo and Kodak Nexpress printers: MGX Digital 80-lb Text, MGX Digital 100-lb Text, MGX Digital 80-lb Cover, and MGX Digital 100-lb Cover.

All of the new papers are glossy-coated on both sides and digitally optimized for two-sided printing. The acid-free, blue-white digital stocks feature high brightness (91% GE), superior gloss, good color reproduction, and excellent ink adhesion, the company reports. In addition to the HP Indigo and Kodak NexPress models, the new papers are also compatible with dry-toner digital presses such as the Xerox iGen. Printing applications include brochures, booklets, reports, catalogs, magazines, direct mail, and books.

The new paper stocks are available in sheets (12 x 18 in. standard; 11 x 17 and 13 x 19 also available) or as rolls (12- and 13-in. standard; up to 70 in. and larger for wide-format).
