Mactac Creative Awards Go Digital

MACtac® invites users of MACtac products to submit their projects for the 2015 MACtac Creative Awards. For the first time, the contest will take place on a user-friendly website allowing customers to showcase creative ideas, gain recognition and connect with others in the industry.

The MACtac Creative Awards are open to applicators, printers, converters, advertising agencies, studios and end-users from around the globe displaying projects produced with MACtac films: IMAGin®, PERMACOLOR®, MACmark® and REBEL®. Proposed projects will be posted on the MACtac Creative Awards collaborative website to be judged by an independent panel of industry experts and the general public.

“MACtac has hosted the MACtac Creative Awards for more than 15 years,” said Rick Moore, marketing director, MACtac Distributor Products. “The print service providers, participating or not, have always welcomed the opportunity to view the best projects MACtac customers are creating around the globe.”

Projects created and displayed in 2015 are eligible and must fall into one of five predefined categories: vehicles, boats, urban decoration, non-promotional interior decoration or interior and exterior decoration of outlets. Submitted projects will be judged on innovation, impact and design.

The Prize of the Day winner will receive a digital MACtac Creative Awards Project of the Day certificate and a printed diploma. The digital certificate allows the recipient to identify himself/herself on a website or in emails as the winner of MACtac Creative Awards. The certificate and diploma will reflect the score level achieved (Gold, Silver, Bronze and Participation). The Prize of the Month winner will receive a voucher valid for online retail websites, such as Amazon.com.
