The Luscher JetPrint 3530 now offers an optional system for UV-drying, which employs UV-LEDs instead of traditional metal halogen UV lamps. The system, developed in cooperation with Phoseon (www.phoseon.com), reduces the heat generated and lowers energy requirements. The LEDs offer a longer lifespan versus halogen UV lamps and decrease warm-up time to nothing-so the system is ready to print as soon as it is turned on.

The company also offers a punch and register system that enables it to print double-sided in accurate registration on flexible substrates with two copies at the same time. The prepunched substrate (up to 59 x 126 in.) is mounted on lowerable registration pins on the print table.
