To promote the Game Boy Advance version of the “Donkey Kong
Country” game, Nintendo added this 30-ft inflatable Donkey Kong
figure to its 2400-sq ft billboard on the Atrium Media Tower in
Toronto's Dundas Square. The 235-ft Atrium Media Tower structure is
Canada's equivalent to New York's Times Square and is close to
many of Toronto's top businesses and tourist and entertainment
attractions.

“We thought a 3D Donkey Kong climbing the building was neat–a
cute way of getting the message across,” says Ron Bertram Nintendo
