LG Vizuon Introduces AirFree for Vehicle Wraps

LG Chem has introduced its AirFree high-performance vinyl with AirFree technology. Designed for vehicle wraps, outdoor displays, signs, and window graphics, its LD821AG is an opaque cast vinyl with a gray acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive. The AirFree technology-with embossed patterns on the release liner-allows trapped air to be released during application.

The vinyl is weather resistant, exhibits lay flatness even in humid conditions, and can be applied to flat or compound/curved surfaces, including rivet areas. Compatible with solvent inkjet printers, AirFree offers long-term durability up to 8 yr
