Lexar Releases Image Rescue 3

Lexar has introduced Image Rescue 3, an updated version of its image-recovery software. The new version features a redesigned interface that includes a step-by-step recovery process and a live online customer-support chat link. In addition to image recovery, the software also now enables the recovery of video and audio files. Image Rescue 3 recovers files from any brand or type of memory card and recovers file formats including JPEG, TIFF, raw, MP4, AVI, and others. As with previous versions, the software includes memory-card reformatting, secure deletion, and overall card-health check features. Compatible with Windows 2000/XP or higher and Mac OS 10.2 or higher.
