KPG Offers Full Line of SWOP-Certified Proofers

Including Matchprint Inkjet and Digital Halftone Proofing Systems

With the recent certification of its Matchprint Inkjet Proofing System, Kodak Polychrome Graphics (KPG) now offers seven proofing systems that meet SWOP (Specifications for Web Offset Publications) standards. KPG's SWOP-certified systems also include: the Matchprint Digital Halftone Proofing System, the Matchrpint Virtual Proofing System, the Matchprint Analog Negative Color Proofing System, the Matchprint Analog Positive Color Proofing System, the Matchprint Professional Server with Xerox DocuColor 12 color printer, and the Kodak Approval Digital Color Proofing System.

The Matchprint Inkjet system includes a choice of four 42- and 60-in. Matchprint Inkjet Proofer models, the Matchprint Color RIP, Matchprint Inkjet ink, and associated Matchprint Inkjet media.

According to KPG's worldwide product manager for color proofing Rob Pipe, SWOP certification helps assure customers of the accuracy and consistency of KPG's color-proofing solutions.
