Kodak Repositions Product Lines

Eastman Kodak Company's Document Products & Services (DPS)–which comprises high-speed document scanners, microfilm and service and support”?and the Business Process Services operations will become part of the company's Graphic Communications Group (GCG) as of January 2005, the company reports. DPS currently services Kodak scanning equipment and provides service and support for third-party hardware.

In addition, the GCG will integrate the service functions of its subsidiaries”?Encad, Kodak Versamark, and NexPress Solutions”?and those of the company's Commercial Imaging Group Document Products operation into a single service operation that will do business under the Kodak name.
