Kodak Broadens its Media Performance Guarantee

Expansion now covers media specific to new Epson and Canon printers.

Kodak has extended its Performance Guarantee to cover specific media for the following printers: Epson Stylus Pro 4800, 7800, and 9800 printers with UltraChrome K3 inks, and Canon imagePROGRAF 6400 and 8400 printers with pigment inks. The guarantee is in conjunction with these Kodak media: Kodak Premium Rapid-Dry Photographic Paper/260g, Rapid-Dry Photographic Paper/190g and Universal Backlit/8mil.

The Performance Guarantee states that prints will remain in excellent condition for the duration of the guarantee, including fading, cracking, and bleeding when using covered printer/media/ink combinations. The length of the guarantee varies based on the particular media, printer, and ink. Kodak will replace any media that does not perform to the guarantee's specifications.
