Kernow Coatings has released KernowJet KlearWipe PVC-free laminating film for dry-erase applications. The transparent, permanent-adhesive laminate is said to be stiff, durable, and scratch resistant with the ability to adhere to a variety of print without silvering (including UV-cured inks). KlearWipe is engineered for water-based, solvent, and acetone-based dry-erase markers without pearling; the company reports permanent marker can be removed with alcohol without damaging the film. The EN Standards: EN71-3-compliant film is offered in 54- and 60-in. widths.
