Kent Adhesive Products Company (Kapco) Welcomes Dave Seline

Kent Adhesive Products Company (Kapco®) (http://www.kapco.com) is pleased to announce that Dave Seline has joined the company as the new Director of Product Development and Marketing. Dave will be responsible for managing the new product development process, identifying opportunities for new and existing products and providing strategic leadership of product placement and promotion to maximize growth.

Dave comes to Kapco from Lubrizol Advanced Materials. He joined Lubrizol in 2010 as a Marketing Manager, Business Development Manager, and most recently a Global Market Segment Manager in their coatings division. Prior to Lubrizol, he held roles in product development, project management, quality management and engineering at Avery Dennison and Gould Electronics. Kapco is excited to have Dave join the team and believes that his experience in product development, coating and converting bring great value to their organization.

Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and a Master of Business degree from Cleveland State University. Dave’s interests include home renovation, woodworking, and cross training.
