The Customer Is Not Always Right

We had a customer come in to get a parting gift for a long-time employee. She asked my opinion on what would look good using acrylic. I suggested what I would do and what I thought would look good. She said she didn’t like that and went a different way. We sent her a proof. After she approved the artwork, I changed the way it would be supported and didn’t tell her. She came in to pick it up and was very pleased.
