HP Demonstrates Sign and Display Portfolio at SGIA Expo 2016

At SGIA 2016 in booths 1149 and 1161, HP is showcasing its industry-leading sign and display portfolio, including the HP Latex 560 Printer, HP Latex 570 Printer and HP Latex 1500 Printer. Demonstrating the latest third-generation HP Latex advancements, the HP Latex 500 series and HP Latex 1500 enable print service providers (PSPs) to produce jobs with fast turnarounds and reliable high-quality results.

Designed for medium-to-large print PSPs with increasing print volumes, the new 64-inch HP Latex 560 and 570 Printers enable customers to manage a variety of print jobs and peaks in production at a low upfront investment. The HP Latex 500 series allows more unattended printing with a new spindle-less pivot table and automatic skew adjustment to load rolls in one minute or less. The printer series also features heavy-duty roll handling and a status beacon for real-time production monitoring from a distance.

Building on the success of the proven HP Latex 3000 Printer series, the HP Latex 1500 Printer offers a robust, affordable super-wide-format printing solution, delivering fast turnarounds on a broad range of indoor and outdoor applications, including PVC banners, self-adhesive vinyl, textiles and double-sided prints. The 126-inch HP Latex 1500 helps PSPs reduce running costs, stay in control for both long and short runs and achieve more unattended printing with cost-effective 5-liter HP ink cartridges. The device also offers an accessible print zone that features LED lighting for easy loading, as well as an internal print server and a status beacon that enables at-a-glance production monitoring. Further leveraging the benefits of third generation HP Latex technology, the HP Latex 1500 delivers prints that are completely dry and scratch-resistant immediately after printing.
