THE JAPANESE AMERICAN NATIONAL Museum in Los Angeles was in need of a new building wrap to promote a contemporary art exhibit by Taiji Terasaki that honored individuals who advocate for those who face discrimination, prejudice, and inequality at borders both real and imagined. CR&A Custom understood the importance of this project and worked with the museum to properly pay homage to the exhibit and create interest in the community.

Using an HP Latex 3600 printer, CR&A printed onto 3M IJ35C adhesive vinyl with a 3M Scotchcal Luster Overlaminate 8509. “From first glance, it looks like a simple and straightforward black and white graphic,” says Carmen Rad, president, CR&A Custom. “But the alignment and crossovers had to be exact in order for our installers to properly install this on a curved exterior glass paneled building.”
