GretagMacbeth, an affiliate of Amazys Holding AG, wants to make it clear that their company should not be confused with Gretag Imaging AG, which recently filed for bankruptcy. Although both companies are based in Switzerland and serve the photo imaging markets, GretagMacbeth is a totally distinct company that continues to demonstrate excellent financial health.

According to a statement released by GretagMacbeth, its mid-2002 financial reports demonstrated both profitability and positive cash flow. The company has no outstanding debt and substantial cash reserves and it expects a significant increase in operating profit and net income on a full-year basis.

GretagMacbeth provides color systems and software for industries ranging from the graphics arts and desktop publishing to paints and textiles.
