FLEXcon introduced four new products at the SGIA 2003 show designed for promotional applications. Its RAILmark white opaque vinyl can be used in subway station placards and kiosks (2-sheet, station domination, etc.) and has a 50-lb clay-coated kraft release liner.

Flexcon's FILBRD BWVis a 4-mil, flexible, bright white opaque vinyl ideal for large outdoor tri-vision and traditional advertising billboards. It is coated with V-344, an aggressive, high-performance, high-tack acrylic adhesive that provides a permanent bond to a variety of surfaces and prevents edge lift. It has a 90-lb polycoated layflat release liner that is backside printed with the FLEXmark BILBRD logo for easy identification.

DigiPRO? CV 800 Clear and White TC-614 PFW NS are the newest additions to Flexcon's line of digital offset printable films. The 8-mil, highly plasticized cling vinyls are especially designed for roll-form and sheet-fed HP Indigo presses and have a gloss topcoat. It comes with a 100-lb non-silicone layflat release liner for improved feeding on the Indigo press. Suited for P-O-P and promotional decals as well as narrow-format variable imaging applications, they are for indoor use only.

All four Flexcon media are tear and abrasion resistant. They can be printed using UV and conventional screen printing as well as UV and solvent inkjet printing and can be top coated for compatibility with other printing methods. (Flexcon: www.flexcon.com)
