ErgoSoft Introduces PosterPrint 12

Large-format inkjet RIP supports variety of printers.

ErgoSoft has released Version 12 of its PosterPrint large-format inkjet RIP. This latest version combines the RIP's interface design with a new feature set that includes: a dedicated print server; WYSIWYG image layout, color-management and spot-color controls; support for X-Rite Pulse and GretagMacbeth Eye-One; an integrated profiler; and more. In addition, PosterPrint 12 now has a new UCR/GCR feature for black generation”?allowing greater control for how black is used at print time”?and the RIP processing itself has been moved completely into the background.

PosterPrint v.12 supports most new printers on the market, reports ErgoSoft, including new digital garment printers from Mimaki and Sawgrass, UV-curable printers from MacDermid ColorSpan and Mimaki, and Epson's white-ink K3 printers.
