Epson Rolls Out PrecisionCore Printheads for OEMs

(PRESS RELEASE) LOS ALAMITOS, CA – Epson America has announced it will make its MEMs thin-film piezo inkjet printheads available to printer OEMs for integration into next-generation industrial printers.

Epson PrecisionCore printheads include UV and solvent-based inks in flexible design configurations.

Epson’s OEM printheads are available in four series:

S-Series: maximum 4.73-in.-wide MEMs printhead series equipped with ink recirculation

I-Series: 1.33-in.-wide MEMs printhead series with 600 dpi high-density resolution

L-Series and F-Series: includes MACH (multi-layer actuator head) technology and can be used for up to eight colors
